On any project that is in production (i.e. it has customers that are using it), there will come a time when a change must be made; either a bug needs fixing, or a new feature must be added. What the heck is an Open Source Evangelist? That’s the question I’ve heard several times in early 2004. While I was working with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) , I was a curious follower of Open Source Events that were happening at the campus.
